If a tenant we placed fails to pay rent and eviction is necessary, we cover the eviction and legal fees up to $3000. *Included with minimum management fee of 7%.
We guarantee the placement of a qualified tenant, and you pay nothing until we do.
If you‘re not happy with our services, let us know and we’ll do our best to make it right. If you want out of the agreement, you can cancel services at any time without penalty.
If your tenant breaks their lease and moves out of your rental home earlier than scheduled, we’ll find a qualified new tenant for the property at no additional cost to you. *Excludes active military on valid relocation orders.
Screening in the Area
We vet (really vet) all available screening reports accessible per California Landlord-Tenant laws.
All pets are screened, almost as much as our tenants. Any pet damage beyond normal wear and tear, not covered by security deposits will be covered by Scout up to $1000 for each approved pet.
Maintenance requests accepted 24/7 and all communication recorded for prompt remedy. We guarantee to troubleshoot with the tenant, when appropriate, prior to dispatching or incurring you any cost.
